Service Description

60 minute session - $88.5 + HST - Prior to the session we will go through an assessment together, discuss your needs, goals and any areas of concern - During the session you get to relax as I take you through assisted stretches and coach you through breathing techniques that will down regulate your nervous system - You will leave feeling relaxed and often mobility is improved after the first session - Follow up exercises will always be provided and this will be the key to help you maintain your newfound ranges of motion - Please contact Erica to book!
