How I Can Help

As a certified Personal Trainer, Level 2 FST Practitioner and FRC Mobility Specialist I help my clients by providing them with the tools to find their optimal wellness - whether through providing guidance on restoring functional, pain-free and resilient bodies or through building healthier lifestyle habits. Through 9 years of coaching experience I have learned that small actions repeated consistently will lead to big changes when practiced over days, weeks, and years. As a team we will:

1) IDENTIFY YOUR GOALS. Setting short and long term goals and knowing why they are important to you will be your foundation for change.

2) MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE. A thorough assessment and understanding of where you are now, your current lifestyle, interests and habits will help us to identify the areas that are already going well and where there is opportunity for positive change.

3) CREATE A PLAN OF ACTION. Together we will make a plan that will move you from where you are now, to where you want to be. I love small incremental changes that are attainable in the short term and sustainable for the long term. No extremes, no quick fixes.

4) APPROACH IT TOGETHER. Staying consistent and motivated when making a change can be challenging. That's where my coaching can make a real difference in helping you see your progress and to keep you on track daily, weekly and throughout a lifetime for long term success.  If the plan isn't working for you, we will try another approach until we find one that fits.

Functional Range Conditioning®

Mobility refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses across a particular articulation (joint). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.

DTS Barbell Strength

The motto of this training system is, "get strong for long", it's all about designing strength training programs for individual needs and to keep clients safe while getting strong. Each individual is anatomically and genetically different and so there can't be a one size fits all approach. Assessments will determine which variation is best suited to you, what mobility/stability protocols you need, and how to optimize your barbell lifts.

Exercise Therapy Level 1

This system begins with a series of muscle testing to gain insight into how the body is functioning. Based on needs, corrective exercises are prescribed in order to restore prime anatomical position, restore function, relieve aches and pains, prevent injury and maximize performance.
