Every Saturday at 9:20am (unless otherwise stated) A perfect follow up to Yoga Flow, we'll go through a series of standing strength and balance poses. Benefits include: - Increased endurance and stability in the feet, ankles, knees and hips - Increased balance and coordination Equipment list: Yoga Mat Yoga Block or cushion
