Every Monday at 5:40pm (unless otherwise stated) A place to dedicate some time to the often neglected (but so important) bits. Every class will be a little different and aim to increase strength and mobility in the elbows, wrists, and fingers - knees, feet and toes. Benefits include: - Increased strength for exercises where you need to support yourself on your wrists (yoga, etc) - Improvements in gait and foot health Equipment list: Yoga Mat Yoga Block or cushion Lacrosse Ball Foam Roller Toe Spacers (if you don't know, ask!)
