Every Thursday at 5:40pm (unless otherwise stated) Take some time to honour your foundation (your feet..and the stuff above them too)! Benefits can include: - Improvements in range of motion around the knees, ankles, and feet - Reduction in foot, ankle, knee pain / discomfort Equipment list: Yoga Mat Yoga Block or cushion Lacrosse Ball Foam Roller Toe Spacers (if you don't know, ask!)
