Every Thursday at 6:00pm (unless otherwise stated) Balance is a skill (one that can be trained and improved upon) This is the perfect follow up to Below the Knees! Benefits can include: - Building stability and resiliency in the tissues that help us balance - Maintaining the ability to not fall. It goes without saying, balance is necessary for longevity, so let's have some fun and use it! Equipment list: Yoga Mat Yoga Block or cushion Mini Bands Toe Spacers (if you don't know, ask!)
